Remote User Services
Remote users can search our collections through the Library Portal. You will find results with some basic meta data like title, author, abstract, keywords. Some of the titles will be accessible in a digital format, and in such a case you will see the (electronic) access options available to you.

We offer a document delivery service for journal articles and book chapters under observance of the current copyright rules. Please note:
  • You can order articles from IBFD journals published since 1999 from the IBFD web shop (on pay-per-view basis).
  • Articles from IBFD journals published before 1999 can be ordered from the library via the library order form.
  • All other requests will be evaluated on an individual basis (as copyright may vary).

Alternative Options

When we can not fulfil your request, you can try to:
  • Contact your own library for help
  • Contact the publisher directly – they might have a possibility to order the article directly at their website
  • Come to our library in Amsterdam

Document Delivery

Document delivery charges

In case of positive response to your request, the following charges apply (last updated April 2021):

  • 1-20 pages: € 7,50
  • 21-50 pages: € 15,00
  • 51-100 pages: € 30,00
  • Over 100 pages: € 30,00 plus € 5,00 for every 10 pages
  • Administration fee per request (max. 5 articles): € 15,00

All prices are including VAT. You will receive the invoice via e-mail.

Special offer for students

Student discount: NO administration fee.

We offer a discount by waiving our administration fee. You will still need to pay a fee based on the number of pages.

Our condition: we need a copy of your student card. We will not keep the copy in our administration but just need it as proof of your enrolment as a student.
